Troubleshooting VOIP Phones at the Desk

The phones at our Ask Us Desks utilize Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology. If the phones aren't working as expected, please attempt to power cycle the base unit before making a Helpline ticket.

To power cycle the unit, unplug the power cable and plug it back in. Resetting the unit can successfully solve several issues. If issues persist after a power cycle, please make a Helpline Ticket.
