If staff members are involved in Code of Conduct violations, we use the Advocate platform to record them.
Quick Reminder of Steps Involved:
Check if subject's name already exists in the system, if not add their name to "Subjects" (you can skip this step if you don't have any name at all).
"Create Incident Report" that describes the event and the violator
Click "Save" to set the case to Pending, then "Add Alleged Violations" to the case that best match the incident
Notify the *COC Listserv of the incident
