Yes. Once a resource is moved to Open Athens, UA users will log in while on or off campus. The log-in experience will be the same regardless of your location. You will be prompted to sign in with your NetID and password.
Community users without a NetID can access most resources while on campus by requesting OpenAthens credentials online.
