Question and Answer

How do I get an article or book that the library doesn't have and how long does it take?

Through our interlibrary loan service, you can request materials and we'll find a library to share them with us.

How long requests take depend on the availability of the requested item, but the average delivery time for a loan request (e.g. books, media, microforms) to be filled is 7-10 days. The average time for a document request (e.g. journal article, book chapter, conference paper) to be filled is 3 days.

If you think we should own this item, you may want to suggest a purchase.
